Guaranteed & repair

Our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of order if it falls within the framework of normal conditions of use.

In the event of abnormal damage, do not hesitate to contact our customer service to explain the problem.

If you have a problem with one of our products, please contact customer service by sending them a photo of the problem to contact@ogustina.com . We will first see if the problem is repairable.

1. If the product cannot be repaired: we will replace it or issue a credit note, within the limits of its warranty.

2. If the product is repairable: for a return under warranty for repair, the return costs and the resend costs, for the original destination country of the order, are our responsibility.

Even if your item is out of warranty, we offer a repair service to help you if something goes wrong. The cost of this repair varies depending on the nature of the problem and the product concerned. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to our workshop, but we will cover the shipping costs to return the item to you once repaired.

Anything that does not comply with the maintenance advice given by our site and our team constitutes an abnormal condition of use. If you have any doubts about the maintenance of your product, do not hesitate to contact our customer service .

Returns & Refunds

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

1. In case the product and packaging are not damaged, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. In case the product has been used, you are entitled to a partial refund.

3. In the event that a product has been damaged, you are not eligible for a refund.

Upon receipt of your package, you will receive an email to notify you that it has been received.

We will then refund the returned product(s) within 15 working days .

The refund method is the one used when paying for your order. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will credit you to it. Please note that it is not possible to change the payment method for the refund.
